We assume you know, or have someone that is knowledgeable about computer graphics. If this is not the case our art department can assist in developing a layout for your banners. Retractable banner stand image area is 31" X 79", or 43" X 79".
If the design bleeds, add 1/4" to the edges of the image, the sides will be trimmed off, the top and bottom will work into the hardware.

Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Publisher files were not designed for professional print production. The output from these files formats are unpredictable, we do not recommend using any of these programs to create files for print. If files are created in these types of applications, send what you have and we will comment accordingly, additional charges for reformatting may be incurred.

To send us your art:
Designs can be sent via FTP; Art Upload Page.

It is a good idea to save your file as "companyname-mmddyy.eps" or, your order number. This makes a file that is easy to identify as yours.

Production time is 3 to 5 days after approval of the final art file. If it is time critical be sure to schedule a delivery date with customer service.
